PBL Update
In our school, the PBL’s are doing a lot right now!
In art, the 7th and 8th graders are doing watercolors and landscaping mixed media, and the 6th graders are doing pointillism and acrylic paints.
Chorus is also doing something really huge at the moment too. They are preparing for a concert that will consist of newer and older songs, such as “Perfect,” “Crazy Little Thing Called Love,” and many more great hits.
In Construction, students are building CO2 cars and will race them once they are done.
Book Club is still reading and visiting nursing homes and getting to spend time with the elderly.
Garbage Design is building rubber band racers and they will race them once they are finished.
Creative writing is writing short stories from prompts.
In Games, they are making their own games and playing them all and planning to use them at the curriculum fair.
Web design is making websites and improving other websites as well.
Newspaper is coming up with interesting stories for all of you to read.
